    SOUTH KOREA CLINCH TEAM TITLE AT FIE MEN'S EPEE WORLD CUP

    South Korea claimed the team title as the International Fencing Federation Men's Epee World Cup came to a close in Heidenheim in Germany. The South Korean side overcame France 45-41 in a hard-fought final to finish at the summit of the podium in the German town.

    South Korea had comfortably dispatched Switzerland 45-33 in the last four to book their place in the tournament's showpiece encounter. France secured their final berth with a 45-35 win over Russia. In the third and fourth place play-off, Switzerland got the better of their Russian opponents with a 45-35 triumph.
